Day-by-day itinerary

Arrival: Arrive by flight or train at Guwahati, meet our representative and proceed to Kaziranga National Park (5 hours' drive / 250 km).
Check-in: Check in to Green Reed Resort by Meenakshi and freshen up (check-in time 1:00 PM).
Evening: Cultural programme at the Orchid & Biodiversity Park, from 6:30 PM onwards.

Safari: Depart early — around 7:30 AM for the jeep safari (about 2.5 hours), or 5:00/6:00 AM for the elephant safari (about 45 minutes). This is the best time to spot wildlife.
Wildlife viewing: Explore one of the ranges. The Western Range (Bagori) is known for its rhino population, while the Central Range (Kohora) offers good sightings of rhino, elephant and tiger.
Check-out: Check out by 11:00 AM and proceed to Kakochang Waterfall.
Kakochang Waterfall: A quiet, scenic break from the wildlife, set in Assam's tea-garden landscape.
Departure: Drive back to Guwahati.
