We follow appropriate standards when it comes to protecting your privacy on our website and booking portal.

If you choose not to provide the information we request, you can still visit kazirangasafaribooking.com, but you may be unable to access certain options, offers and services — a safari booking, for example, cannot be issued without the traveller's name, contact details and ID number, because the park authority requires them.

What we do with it

• Your name, mobile number, e-mail ID and ID number are used to issue your safari permit and voucher, and to contact you about your booking.
• Your e-mail address is used to send your confirmation voucher and any change to your safari.
• Payment details are handled entirely by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details on our own servers.

Sharing

Kaziranga Safari Booking will not sell, trade or disclose to any third party any information derived from your registration for, or use of, any online service — including names and addresses — without your consent, except where required by subpoena, search warrant or other legal process, or in a case of imminent physical harm to you or others. We do share the details needed to issue your permit with the park authority and with the hotel or vehicle operator serving your booking, so that they can confirm your registration and provide you the services you are entitled to.

Keeping your data

Booking records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and for any query that may arise afterwards. If you would like your details removed from our records, write to us at kazirangasafaribookings@gmail.com and we will do so wherever we are not required by law to keep them.

All disputes are subject to Bokakhat jurisdiction only.
